UPDATE: SHE’S BE LOCATED! Her name is Priscilla and this is what she does when the opportunities present themselves! He’s a huge animal lover and advocate, and she’s an angel on earth loved by many! I’ll be updating once they are reunited!

This morning on the way to work in Porter, TX, a Hood News Peep spotted a kitten in the middle of the road, just seconds away from being hit. He quickly stopped, turned on his flashers, and tried to rescue the kitten — but other drivers kept speeding around him.
Thankfully, a kind woman jumped in to help. She blocked traffic with her vehicle, and together they were able to safely catch the kitten and get it out of harm’s way.
After the rescue, he asked to take a quick photo with her to send to his wife. Both were running late to work, so they parted ways in a hurry — and in the moment, he didn’t think to get her name or contact info.
Our Hood News Peep is hoping to say thank you. He’d like to send her a gift card as a small token of appreciation for her compassion and love for animals.
