A heavy law enforcement presence that began around 8:00 AM has now cleared from the 22000 block of Saint Winfred Dr. near TC Jester Blvd. and Klein Cemetery Rd. in Spring.
According to initial information, a man attempting to evade ICE drove into a garage door before barricading himself inside a residence.
After several hours, the man exited the home at approximately 11:40 AM and was taken into custody by ICE. Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office were also on the scene.
The man’s truck remains at the location. The scene is now clear.
