A Hood News Peep shared that while driving home last night, a vehicle began following her for several miles. She says the driver had been ahead of her earlier, so she does not believe this was road rage. Even after making two U-turns, the vehicle stayed behind her, so she drove to a nearby fire station for safety.
According to her, the driver followed her into the fire station lot. Fire Department personnel came outside, and when they approached the man, he reportedly said he was “just trying to see if she’s ok.” After reviewing her dash cam, the Hood News Peep says it appeared the man was holding his phone up as if taking photos of her truck. She has filed a police report.
No accusations are being made, and the reason she was being followed is unclear. Still, this type of situation is not normal. Please stay alert and trust your instincts folks! An incident report has been filed with HPD.
