On June 4, 2024, Precinct 4 Constable Deputies responded to the 25400 block of Hickory Valley Lane in reference to an attempted robbery where the complainant stated an unknown suspect pointed a firearm at her and demanded her vehicle.

On Monday June 3rd Fredy Alex Amaya’s life was taken when someone shot him as he drove home from work.
Precinct 4 Constable Deputies responded to an accident scene at the Sam Houston toll road westbound connector ramp near IH-45.
When Constables approached the vehicle, they found Fredy deceased and that he had been shot.
