We posted video footage showing a homeless man being pepper sprayed by this guy with the Edgar haircut seen below. We now know this unprovoked attack on the innocent homeless man happened near 249 and Bammel North Houston Rd.
We also learned that his Instagram handle is @IggyMadeItHappen, but he’s since taken his profile down. We don’t have his name so if anybody knows who he is all tips are anonymous.
The homeless man still hasn’t been located, but more information is coming in. Thank you to everyone who’s been sending tips and helping us get the truth out — we’re not letting this go.
