A few days ago, we shared about the theft of approximately $30,000 worth of copper from the Windfern Forest Utility District Wastewater Treatment Plant on Philippine Street.
Precinct 4 has now identified the primary suspect as 36-year-old Joshua Fleming. According to investigators, deputies used surveillance footage, pawn records, and vehicle registration information during the investigation. A witness also reportedly identified Fleming as one of the suspects involved.
Fleming has been charged with Felony Theft of Property, and an arrest warrant has been issued.
The theft allegedly caused extensive property damage in addition to the loss of copper materials.
