HPD is investigating a fatal shooting t 700 block of Cottage Street near N Main at around 1 PM
Detective said witnesses reported that the driver and a pedestrian had some type of altercation before the pedestrian fired several shots into the vehicle and fled the scene.
The suspect ran down Cottage Street toward North Main. As of right now, no other info is available at this time. Crime Scene investigators and Homicide Detectives are here at the scene
