COME ON DOWN: Child Abusers Jill Anna Harlow and Donnie Garcia

Please be on the lookout for Jill Anna Harlow and Donnie Garcia. These parents are charged with Injury to a Child after their 8-year-old daughter, who has Down syndrome, was found severely malnourished. Weighing only 12 pounds, the young girl was taken to the hospital by ambulance on February 18, unresponsive and in critical condition. Doctors noted her life was in immediate danger without urgent care. Harlow and Garcia have active warrants and they are still on the loose! They are from the Houston Texas area, but could be anywhere.
