Here are the 3 suspects who have been arrested and charged in connection with a shooting incident that occurred during a home invasion at the 7100 block of Alderney Drive on September 17. Raymond Perez, 35, is charged with aggravated assault against a public servant, aggravated robbery, and unlawful carrying of a weapon. Two others, Michael Perez, 38, and Brian Garcia Chavez, 18, are charged with aggravated robbery. Officer S. Durfee, who was shot in the leg during the incident, is recovering from a non-life-threatening injury. The suspects were apprehended shortly after the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
