CONSTABLE DEPUTIES INVESTIGATE AGGRAVATED KIDNAPPING CASE
On July 27, 2027, Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a home in the 15000 block of Darby Retreat Lane for a welfare check.
When Deputies arrived, they found evidence that a person had been held against their will inside the home but managed to escape. Deputies later found the victim nearby, and the victim was taken to a hospital for medical treatment.
Investigators identified Warren Brown as the suspect. Brown was already being held in the Harris County Jail on warrants for assault and continuous family violence.
Brown has since been charged with aggravated kidnapping. His bond will be determined by the 178th District Court.
