UPDATE: Wallick Thompson Captured for Bill Satterfield’s Murder Wallick Thompson, wanted for the murder of Bill Satterfield, has been captured in 3rd Ward by HPD detectives. Thompson’s bond is set at $2 million. Gratitude to HPD for their diligence. Thompson’s arrest brings hope for justice to Bill’s family after almost three years of waiting.

HPD Officers responded to reports of a man found unresponsive behind a residence on the 800 block of Green Meadow Lane in Acres Homes. William ‘Bill’ Satterfield was found by Officers deceased from a gunshot wound with concrete mix present on his upper body and a six inch piece of wood was lodged in his throat.
Homicide detectives on scene at local fast food restaurant

16310 South Post Oak, close to Court Rd, is currently the scene of a police investigation. Homicide detectives and Crime Scene Investigators are on-site at a fast-food restaurant parking lot where an unresponsive male was discovered around 7:10 AM.
